Our new gym is unlike anything you've seen before.  This is for the serious wrestler or for those of you that are seeking to try your hand at MMA, an exciting new sport that combines boxing, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, along with other martial arts in a competitive environment.  We offer top notch facilities, coaching, and competition under one roof. 

Members have the opportunity to:

• run on treadmills

• practice takedowns on Adam, our takedown machine

• workout with others for high level results or just for fun

• hit the punching bags

• attend one of our instructional classes

• go through our intense conditioning class
